Hear to Help is a listening and emotional support line for young people and adults experiencing:
Low mood
Isolation
Grief
Emotional distress
A trained specialist will call back within 1–5 working hours (Monday–Friday, 9am–5pm).
Support includes compassionate listening and signposting to appropriate services.

No referral is needed for Hear to Help. Via Just ‘B’ Hear to Help, you can send a text message, email or call to request support, and you’ll receive a phone call from a trained specialist within one to five working hours (9am-5pm Monday-Friday).
This service is not specific to SEN but would try to make adaptations.
Sessions are delivered directly with the young person, with collaboration from parents/carers where appropriate.
