Adoption UK - Bridge Group - Skipton

The Bridge Group is a peer-support programme for adopted young people, offering a safe, social space to meet others with shared experiences.
Young people co-design the programme, choosing the topics and issues they want to explore ‘ these may relate to adoption, but don’t have to.
The group helps young people build confidence, self-esteem, communication skills and readiness for future opportunities.
Participants also gain access to new experiences and responsibilities at a level appropriate to them.
