Listening Ear is a free national service offering 45-minute, one-to-one telephone appointments with a trained family support adviser. It is designed for parent carers of disabled children who want emotional support, reassurance, or simply someone who understands the additional challenges they face. Advisers can also provide practical strategies, signposting and guidance tailored to each family’s situation.
